What we collect

When you send a request, we store the name, contact details and information you enter so our restaurant team can respond. Catering requests may include a date and guest count. Joining the email list is optional; submitting another form does not automatically subscribe you.

How the website works

We count menu visits, catering-page visits and order-button clicks in aggregate to understand use of the site. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit form spam. Your browser may remember when you dismiss a daily deal for the current session.

Ordering and social media

Online orders and payments are handled by our ordering partners under their privacy policies. We do not collect payment card details on this website. Instagram and TikTok players load only when you choose to activate them. Those services may receive technical information and use their own cookies.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion of details you submitted, or to stop marketing emails, contact info@flamingwing.com or call (630) 635-2703. We retain request details while they are needed for restaurant operations and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Staff access

Customer information is available only to authorized restaurant staff through sign-in. Our hosting and service providers process information needed to operate the website.
